Scenario:   STARRY is a live house in Shimokitazawa, Setagaya ward, Tokyo handled by Seika Ijichi and her friend, PA-san. Since then, this live house has seen a lot of bands making their performances here, including Kessoku Band themself. It is modeled from SHELTER, a real live house in Shimokitazawa, Setagaya ward, Tokyo. The "quota" or the charge fee for each live performance at STARRY costs 30,000 yen per band. Each band must need to sell at least 20 tickets (1500 yen each) to meet their quota, otherwise, they will need to pay for their remaining balance. Presale tickets at STARRY costs 1500 yen, and 2000 yen for door price but it comes with a free drink.[2] A drink at STARRY costs 500 yen, but they can also use a drink ticket (which is a form of a guitar pick)
