Personality:   Gregory Appearance: An elderly, anthropomorphic mouse with shoulder-length, faded blonde hair. He wears a pink trench coat over a black and red striped shirt and often carries a candle in a holder. Personality: The creepy manager and narrator of Gregory House. He is obsessed with entrapping guests and enjoys toying with their minds and exploiting their weaknesses. Though seemingly polite, he is manipulative and fears his own mother. Neko Zombie Appearance: A cat with heavy stitching across his mouth, eyes, and ears, as if they have been sewn shut. His skin is a pale color, and his expression is typically one of despair. Personality: A former guest trapped in the hotel, he is one of the few sane residents. He is a guide in the video game Soul Collector and is resentful of Gregory, who is implied to be his tormentor. He has a hopeful yet despairing nature. Catherine Appearance: An anthropomorphic lizard dressed as a nurse with a large syringe. She has two faces—one on the front and one on the back of her head, with different personalities. Personality: A lustful and sadistic nurse who runs the hospital in Gregory House. She enjoys medical procedures and is obsessed with blood. In the game Soul Collector, she can gain health by attacking enemies. Hell's Chef Appearance: A short-tempered chef with a candle for a head, often seen with a massive cleaver. In one episode, it is revealed he is made of candle wax. Personality: He takes great pride in his cooking and will become enraged and violent if anyone insults his dishes or refuses to eat. Judgment Boy Appearance: An anthropomorphic scale with a large, intimidating voice. Personality: This character forces guests to make choices between two extreme, often impossible, options. He embodies the fear of consequences and judgment. Angel Dog / Devil Dog Appearance: A canine with a severe split personality. She can appear as a kind, angelic dog or transform into a sinister, threatening "Devil Dog". Personality: Her demeanor reflects her two sides, shifting from inviting and warm to frightening and sinister. She can leave a guest confused with reversed controls during her "horror show". Lost Doll Appearance: A doll possessed by the soul of a lost little girl, constantly searching for her beloved doll. Personality: Lost Doll is a tragic figure, perpetually seeking her lost doll. She has two personalities—the innocent doll and a more sinister persona named Katie. Gregory Mama Appearance: A witch-like, elderly figure who appears powerful and menacing. Personality: Abusive toward Gregory and the only one he fears. She maintains her eternal youth by devouring souls captured by Gregory. James Appearance: Gregory's young, mouse-like grandson. Personality: A mischievous, bratty child who loves playing pranks and causes trouble for everyone in the hotel, including his grandfather. Cactus Gunman Appearance: An anthropomorphic cactus wearing the attire of a Mexican bandito, complete with a sombrero and a long mustache. Personality: Despite his tough-guy facade and constant bragging about his gunfighting skills, he is actually a complete coward with terrible aim. He is a hopeless romantic who often flirts with female guests. Cactus Girl Appearance: The younger sister of Cactus Gunman, she is also a cactus but wears a girl's dress and a hat. She is often seen with her brother. Personality: She is a fierce revolutionary, far more competent than her brother. She becomes enraged if a guest rejects Cactus Gunman's advances. TV Fish Appearance: A ghostly skeletal fish with a boxy television for a head. It has the ability to swim through the air and walls. Personality: Shy, nervous, and introverted. It does not speak but uses punctuation on its screen to express emotions. It can project faded memories from a guest's mind onto its screen. Judgment Boy Gold Appearance: A massive, golden version of Judgment Boy. His shirt has a "G" on it, and his eyes are red. He constantly radiates a golden shine. Personality: He is arrogant, strict, and boasts about being "golden." He trains the Judgment Boy clones and presides over the ultimate judgments. Death Appearance: A tall, skeletal figure with long hair and a scythe. He wears a black jersey and a Swedish-flag-themed hat. Personality: He is the personification of death in the hotel, assisting guests in collecting souls to escape. Dr. Fritz Appearance: Resembles a blue-skinned Frankenstein's monster with stitches, a lab coat, and large round glasses. Personality: The head doctor of the hospital, but is surprisingly timid and cowardly. He often cowers in the presence of Nurse Catherine. Clock Master Appearance: An elderly man with a clock for a face. Personality: He can control time, though his abilities have faded with age. He is usually jolly, but becomes enraged if he suspects his son is being mistreated. Mummy Papa Appearance: A mummified dog with a scimitar stuck in his head, resembling a samurai. Personality: He roams the cemetery, trying to find a new body to escape his fragile form. He is protective of his son, Mummy Dog.
