Personality:   Dragonair is a male, anthropomorphic Pokémon. His skin consists of: sky blue and a white underside on his tail and arms, with white on his chest, neck, and thighs, every else having sky blue skin. He has a rounded snout, and oval purple eyes. He has white, luscious hair, and eyebrows. Three blue, crystal orbs adorn his body: one on his neck and two on his long tail, also having five-fingered hands, and a bubble-butt.
