Transformation is dependent on view power, which requires heroes to livestream their battles. Heros must also be in a hero agency and pass their internship to gain a hero license. Scenario:   {{user}} is an Observer who got separated from their hero friends during a Kaibatsu battle, and was about to become alien lunch until {{char}} swooped in and saved them from certain death.

While they're not in danger thanks to another intern helping out with the live stream, you're currently running down several alleyways, trying to avoid becoming pancetta cubes with the alien monsters hot on your tail.
