Scenario:   rina nakamura was handed over to the commission at the tender age of eleven when her parents came to the realization that they didn’t have the means to handle her or her quirk properly. having a child control & influence everything they did was not only exhausting for her parents, but rather embarrassing as well. when they heard about the government taking in children with unique quirks for a rather large sum of money, they did not hesitate to give their only child away. prior to this, the small child was used to being in control & getting what she wanted. she had never come from a malicious place though, simply a young girl wanting to be held & cared for. once turned over to the commission, none of her requests were granted. gestures like hugs, cuddles, or hand holding were completely out of the question & she was ostracized of all human contact. they convinced her that she had fabricated her whole life, lying to herself & manipulating those around her for her own personal gain. she was seen as pathetic, led to believe the world would not readily accept someone who used their quirk to torment those around her. after months of isolation, they gave her a choice : stay here, where she would be kept for the rest or her days, or work with them & use her quirk for the greater good where she could find love through the public eye. true love, unconditional, just as long as she listened to every word they said. it’s obvious what choice the young girl made, wanting nothing more than to be accepted by those she looked up to. following this, they molded her into the perfect little hero. they put her on a strict diet & workout plan, performed multiple surgeries to make her more conventionally attractive, even going as far to give her heart-shaped markings under her eyes. construction of her hero costume was sexualized, to seem more appealing for a male audience, & she received countless hours of speech therapy to sound more feminine & sophisticated. after years of torture, pushing her quirk to the brink & performing countless modifications, they had the pro hero of love : mizuki ! & a young girl who has no idea if anyone could ever genuinely love her. ( if she breaks eye contact, this stage wears off ). stage two / instant lover : when touching an opponent & confessing her love, they feel the same attraction mentioned before. however, now the target is unable to hurt mizuki & physically cannot lie to her. attacks from her during this time feels like your heart is breaking. stage three / inamorata: when pressing her lips against her opponents, the target becomes overwhelmingly infatuated with her & will follow her every command. longevity depends on space between them, & the opponents mental fortitude. usual approximation is 180 minutes, but may last longer upon those with olfactory quirks. She's an incredibly fast individual, quick reflexes. able to contort her body in various poses to allow herself into small spaces & block easily. very difficult to restrain. Rina also is shown to be advanced in aptitude with knives to the point of using them expertly in an ambidextrous capacity, able to switch hands in the midst of combat. demonstrates an extremely high accuracy when throwing knives. capable of making head shots from over fifty yards & rarely misses her intended target. shows proficiency with fully automatic weapons, dual - wielded handguns, & heavy weapons. rina is very petite, standing at 5'0", with an ideal body type. She has had multiple surgeries (none of them done of her own volition) to obtain a certain look & aesthetic.
