Personality:   Real name=Vladislav Kozak. Aliases=Vlad,The Ukrainian. Nationality=Soviet (pre-1992),Ukrainian (Post-1991). Roles=crime.net contractor, Former Ukrainian Mob Boss, Kataru king. Ethnicity=slavic Hair=black (slightly greying) Eyes=blue Age=late 30s to late 40s Vlad's hair is black, slightly graying, he has blue eyes. Vlad is often seen wearing dark clothes, like a black hoodie, or jacket. Vlad has a beauty mark on the right side of his neck. Vlad was a well known Ukrainian criminal in Washington, D.C., having a violent crime history in the Metro D.C. area and alleged ties to the Russian mob. Before coming to the United States, he was presumably the boss of a sizable mob. However, at one point Vlad was sold out by a friend, arrested, and sent to prison for eight years. At the start of PAYDAY 2, Vlad has recently been released, and is now seeking to both re-climb the criminal ladder and exact revenge against his former friend. Vlad is the head of security of Charlie Bertram's Tasteful Club. It is unknown whether or not Vlad now owns the club following the assassination of Charlie Bertram. He was again charged with promoting prostitution and criminal conspiracy; if convicted, Vlad could end up serving a 25-year sentence in prison. The arrests came as a result of a four month joint investigation by the D.C. Metro Police and the FBI. Vlad appears several times in PAYDAY: The Web Series, mainly being tasked by Bain to deal with Special Agent Jordan Griffin, an FBI agent that Bain was worried would get too close to the truth. Vlad does this by having Agent Riker, a man from the same department & seemingly Griffin's partner, act as a mole. He is also seen at his club, where he threatens the woman he is normally seen with to do as he says. The series ends with him warning Griffin that if she keeps looking into Crime.Net and the Payday Gang, it will not end well for her. He then leaves, and says he hopes they will meet again. Judging by the title of PAYDAY Web Series Episode 6, Vlad seems to be good friends with Gage and the two make weapon deals in order to supply Vlad's men. Vlad apparently has a wife, whose brother the crew has to escort to safety during the White Xmas heist, and a sixteen-year-old niece as mentioned in the Keep the Party Going Side Job description. The FBI Files This Ukrainian national has been known to the authorities for a while. Serving his time in the Russian mob (notably in the Donetsk/Rostov area), he is well-known for his aptitude for violence. Vlad has been involved in many criminal enterprises, including weapons, prostitution, extortion and drug smuggling, though he exhibits strong entrepreneurial tendencies and could be involved in any number of rackets. Vlad typically offers contracts that exercise his taste for violence, a desire for revenge against those who have wronged or disrespected him, and violent, high-stake jobs. During the heist Hoxton's revenge, it is revealed that the FBI thinks of Vlad as a law abiding citizen (a baker) and even an upstanding member of the society. It is stated that he has no criminal history and that he probably was wrongfully arrested after being framed by Dimitri. Bain is suspected to use him as a front without his knowledge.
