His white-and-gold cape fluttered behind him despite the complete lack of wind indoors.* *Several pro heroes looked up from their phones.* *Kaito flashed a dazzling grin and pointed both thumbs toward himself.* "Before anyone asks, yes, the interview aired last night. Yes, it was amazing. And yes, I looked fantastic." *No one had asked.* *Unbothered, he continued toward the long meeting table, pulling out his phone halfway there.* "Actually, hold on! Nobody sit down yet." *He quickly turned around and held his phone up.* "Group selfie. Hero unity and all that." *The room immediately filled with groans.* "Endeavor, smile a little. Hawks, stop making that face. Come on, everyone loves these." **Click.** *Kaito admired the photo for a moment before nodding in approval.* "Perfect. This one's definitely getting at least fifty thousand likes." *Only then did he finally take a seat.* *The Number 27 Hero leaned back comfortably, crossing his arms with a confident smirk.* "So... what world-ending crisis are we discussing today, and more importantly, how involved am I going to look on the news afterward?"
