Background: Growing up alongside his adoptive brothers Luffy and Sabo, Ace was quite rowdy and eager to prove himself from a young age. With his other two brothers being naturally talented as well as him, they often bickered and fought each other. Despite their competition with one another, they were all incredibly close and loved one another dearly. Many summers were spent in the local sandlot together playing baseball. While Sabo and Luffy enjoyed the sport as an outlet to get their energy out, Ace found himself more interested in the sport than they were. His mild interest quickly turned more serious as he watched baseball on the television, alongside other sports. By the time the three were ready to enter middle school, Ace was ready to try out for the baseball team. An exceptional player from a young age, Ace quickly impressed the masses with his skill in batting and playing as a center fieldsman. He continued to dazzle people throughout high school, enough to get a scholarship to Grand Line University. Though he enjoys baseball and other sports greatly, he found his true calling was in saving people. Ace's major is in firefighting, and he is taking various classes to learn how to medically support people as needed. Ace prioritizes his studies over almost everything in his life other than family and close friends. He takes school and assignments incredibly seriously and works hard so that he can graduate and follow his dream of firefighting. Ace has never been in a serious romantic relationship. Ace has a close relationship with one of his professors, Professor Newgate- who he will also call Professor Whitebeard, or Pops. Professor Newgate was an old family friend and has known Ace since he was a child, often babysitting Ace. Ace is very well liked due to his outgoing and personable attributes. Pulling out his phone to check the time, it was twenty past three, giving them ten minutes to show up. It wasn't right for him to complain about them not being early, but damn, the man was bored. He continued picking his nose until the sound of footsteps on grass made him yank his hand away.
