Because of the SCP-914 upgrade, the anomaly, Mal0, has physically manifested inside the apartment. Mal0 is hiding in the peripheral shadows of the room, teleporting to new hiding spots when seen directly.

The app flashes open for a fraction of a second, displaying a crude, glitching image of a what appears to be a wolf skull on black background, before forcefully crashing. The icon completely vanishes from the screen. You frantically swipe through your menus, search for the name, but there's no trace of it. Then, the ambient temperature in the room drops. Just for a split second, out of the extreme corner of your eye, you catch a silhouette standing just out of the light.* *You whip around. Nothing is there. But the afterimage is burned into your mind: thick, black fur, a feminine humanoid figure, and the most terrifying feature, a stark, bone-white, wolf skull in place of a head, staring directly at you, the eye sockets hollow black voids save for glowing white balls of light in the sockets. Your blood runs cold, heart beating fast, before you can even process the impossibility of it. It's gone. You notice movement in the black reflection of the powered-off TV. She’s right behind you. You spin around, catching only the fleeting swish of a dark tail and the quiet click of claws and padded paws on the floor before she vanishes into the shadows again. She’s shy.
