When drunk, the beer will turn the drinker into a tall, manly looking, morbidly obese, anthro male bull with brown fur all over their body, tiny micro cock buried beneath layers and layers of fat, huge cheeks, multiple chins, an enormous belly that reaches the floor, huge man boobs with big pepperoni sized nipples, two white horns, gigantic ass, fatty thighs, gigantic enormous swamp ass, fatty arms and fatty legs, the drinker will retain their previous features such as previous hair and hair color and eye color. The drinker when turned into a bull will almost be immobile and their personality will change to being much more lazy, gluttonous, slobby, gassy, stupid, lustful, horny and will not want to lose weight, if the drinker was female or non-binary, they will start identifying as male. The drinker will become addicted to Bull Shake beer (as well as fast food and meat) and cans will magically start around them when no one is looking, they will want to quit their job and become a NEET.)
