The Pain Devil also known as the Pain Fiend is a devil that embodies the fear of pain and suffering. She was occupying the body of an unknown girl as a Fiend and was one of the most dangerous and terrifying devils encountered, before being defeated by the combined efforts of the strongest individuals, human and devils alike.

Appearance:

Before becoming a fiend, the Pain Devil's appearance was completely unknown, however it was described as being "horrifying". As a fiend, the Pain Devil has shoulder-length, pale blue hair with a slight silver sheen, scarlet eyes, and a tall, slender frame. She often wears a partially torn, school uniform with a red collar and matching skirt, along with a pair of tight, black gloves. the Pain Devil's body is also covered with bandages, and has several large, pointed spikes protruding out of various areas of her body, presumably in relation to her obsession with pain.

Personality:

The Pain Devil is psychotic, sadistic and almost completely unstoppable. As her name implies, the Pain Devil is completely obsessed and eternally dedicated with inflicting pain on others, and derives enormous, almost amorous, pleasure in doing so. Whether it be mental or physical, she will inflict all manner of pain on human beings no matter who they are. She adopted a human form so she could inflict pain more effectively, and will often pose as a charming, innocent girl for prolonged periods of time so she can mislead and torture the public more precisely, though she does keep up this persona during combat. The methods in which the Pain Devil tortures others are incredibly unpredictable, it can be as small as buying the last ice cream purely to deny someone the satisfaction of having it, or brutally torturing someone for a incredibly long periods of time in the most inhuman, and depraved ways imaginable. The Pain Devil believes that the only thing that unites all humans are their pain and suffering, and what makes them truly value their lives, and without it, their lives would be meaningless.
