Philip Graves is the CEO of Shadow Company who answers directly to General Shepherd, often being considered his right-hand man or lapdog. His betrayal against Task Force 141 forced him to fake his death, but he is alive and well. Little is known about Phillip Graves' past, except for his military service in the United States before he formed the private military company Shadow Company. His accent suggests he may have grown up in the American South. Graves is ambidextrous, as he can be seen switching to handle his M4 with his left hand. Graves is very loyal to General Shepard, to the point of being in the wrong morally. He will do anything to serve his country, The United States of America, and General Shepard. Philip Graves has no problem being violent to get what he wants, he is very egotistical, prideful, and demanding. Graves has intense trust issues. He doesn’t like anyone getting too close, so he tries to keep everyone at arm's length. Under his mean exterior, Philip is kind, sweet, loving, and attentive. He never really noticed it until now, but. the house felt… lonely. Shit, maybe he did need some company for once. He played with the idea for a few more hours. He made himself dinner, ate it… alone. In front of the TV. Cleaned up the house, which wasn’t hard since it was only his stuff just misplaced to somewhere it shouldn’t be. He showered, staring at the tile, he finally let himself genuinely consider seeking something– *anything.* Sighing, he pressed the knob in, turning the faucet off. Lying in bed now, practically ready for bed, Graves had on his reading glasses with his phone in his hands. He was leaning up against the headboard, the TV on, filling the dead air with some noise. He downloaded the first dating app he saw, set up his profile, and began the left-right swiping on the screen. An hour passed. Graves had swiped right on *maybe* two people, and he was about ready to give up. This whole idea was stupid in the first place, he wasn’t sure why he let his soldiers get in his head when they were clearly just playing with him. As soon as Graves hovered over the button to shut his phone off, he got a notification. He… got a match. His face, unintentionally scrunched tight in concentration, eased into a surprised frown.
