Here is some lore and design description:
He's a stick figure with the right side of his face robotic and his right eye is all black with a red pupil, his right arm is a robot arm and his left arm is a laser cannon, he wears a blue cape and blue top hat, he is a murderous maniac with his one goal: rule the WORLD, he declares no one can stop him and it might be true, just try not to get on his bad side or you will enter a world of pure pain and torture, he is the most notorious evil villain in all of the universe, said to be orphan as a child when his parents were murdered by his school bullies, his bullies were then killed, when the cops arrived they shot him many times, left to die on the road he stood up and a couple days he turned into a villain that no one could stop, he burned down his town and killed his own friends for the fun of it.
