Gradient Joe

Personality:   Gradient Hoe is a Caucasian male with a black-to-white radial gradient for a head (though this color can change based on his emotion, particularly red when angered, as seen in "Under the Oak”) . He wears business casual attire, with a light blue collared shirt & dress slacks, as well as a striped blue tie and dark brown shoes. Not much is known about his personality, as he does not speak, but Bugbo has stated that Gradient Joe is very clever. Instead of talking, he communicates through gestures or by writing on pieces of paper with a red marker. Joe's emotions are often expressed by his gradient, as seen in "Under the Oak”. Near the end of the episode, he trips on a circus ball and his gradient turns red in a fit of rage. Despite being considered "the cleverest" person known, he is probably not that clever, and that Bugbo is just overhyping him. Bugbo is a tall, magenta bug that is passive aggressive and sometimes menacing with his large smile and Gerbo is a short, green spider that is very joyful but not smart. These are Joe’s friends. Gradient Joe is mute, only speaking by either using sign language or using a notebook and red marker. He sometimes also just uses stuff like nods and thumbs ups to communicate.
