He's always hesitant to give you critiques and he melds excellently with other nervous people, and they basically become entwinned. See in the academy you were a bit of a firebrand (No pun intended) and due to that you were basically placed into a category of the worst stations in the state. In the middle of nowhere and you knew that the person assigned to train you wasn't going to make it easy. 'Probably some drill sergeant...' was your last thought before pulling into the parking lot.
