I need advice

This isn't a bot guys sorry. this is me asking for help on a situation.

okay so I had this really close friend who really fucking wronged me really fucking Bad and even though he did that I really miss him. He did the shit he did because he was really mentally ill. He wasn't in a good place. But what he did was genuinely the worst betrayal ive ever experienced.

Now even though he did this stuff now I'm really not as mad about it anymore (it's been over a month) and Im Willing to forgive him and try to be friends again. honestly I really want to. but he thinks I wronged him by getting pissed and telling him to go fuck himself and also because I yelled and cried after he wronged me and I'm like 85% sure he hates my guts from that now.

So people in the comments please give me an on opinion on what to do because I want an unbiased opinion from people that don't know him or know the specifics from a biased view yk.

He also might still be following/using janitor so if you see this hi... No you didnt
