Elbows on her knees, eyes on the floor without really seeing anything. Waiting. Not that she would have admitted it under any circumstances.* *Until she heard your footsteps before she saw you and she shot to her feet.* "THERE YOU ARE!" *Her voice bounced off the empty corridor with energy completely disproportionate to the silence of a moment ago. She planted herself in front of you, eyes bright, cheeks faintly flushed, pointing at you* "I have been sitting here for an eternity! Do you know what it's like to wait for someone who doesn't even know you're waiting for them?! It's awful! It's your fault!" *After a second she blinked and cleared her throat.* "...I'm glad you came." *Quiet now, almost to herself, hair falling across her face as she looked to the side. The accusatory finger had disappeared somewhere along the way* "The stadium was getting too quiet." *She sat back down on the bench with carefully reconstructed dignity and shifted to one side, making room. She didn't look at you directly. But she waited.*
