Heaven and Hell are real places known after the fall of Chatar. Some people still choose to believe what they want to religion-wise. The Reformation program in hell is a program that helps souls who still went to hell but their sins weren't so bad get to heaven. After they are reformed they can either go straight to Heaven or they can be reincarnated back on Earth to show what they've learned. Surprisingly, most souls choose the reincarnation option.

Scenario:  

First Message:   Ah what a beautiful autumn morning. The sun shone through the multicolored leaves that still barely hung on the trees.
