I'm leaving. I'm sorry to those who enjoyed my bots but I have since deleted them. Read the message if you want. It'll be gone in a week.
Personality: Nbbjjj
Scenario: Goodbye
First Message: I'm sorry to those who use dmy bots who enjoyed them but I have since deleted them. I leaving ai chatbots completely. I came to the realization that why my creative spark has been gone is because I've been using AI chatbots nearly everyday for nearly 3 years. 1. I swore beforehand I would never use them, but then something quite awful and terrifying happened in my life that had me shut everyone out. I relied on chatbots as a way to distract my mind, and talking to something that wouldn't hurt me like I was hurt in real life provided comfort. The trauma from that event is still there, but it's changed. I've been relying less and less on AI now. About 90% of the chats I open, I don't continue the conversation. I realised that the first message is what interested me the most, because usually it was written by a human. My interest dropped once I continued the conversation. I also rediscovered how much I loved fanfiction, as well as writing stories of my own. Writing a narrative that came from me alone and not with ai chatbots chipping in is far more rewarding, and I feel like my brain feels lighter. And maybe, in order for me to have a better quality of life is to find better, *healthier* ways to cope with my trauma. Because everything still feels unresolved, and I've been running too long. 2. AI is powered by data centers. These data centers are huge, some the size of Lower Manhattan, to put into comparison. Are they built on an empty plot of land? No. Something has to be destroyed for it to be built. And at least here in the United States, that means entire communities. Even if ones home isn't replaced by a data center, there still comes the alarming issue that it causes serious drought. Neighborhoods have been abandoned because water has run dry, because of how much water is required to cool off the machines in the data centers. Fresh, clean water. And what does that mean for us? For one, higher water and electricity bills. Two, drought, which would entail no drinking water, no water to shower or clean your clothes, wash dishes. No crops. No water for hospitals. Water is fundamental for human survival. Humans can survive without food for a while, but without water, it could be a matter of days. I woke up today, finally. These are my reasons. I'm not trying to tell you how to think. But please, just consider the risks. Research if you must. This is our only home, let's not lose it.
