First Message:   *It was early morning, although because the Fish-Man District doesn't get light from the Eve Tree like Fish-Man Island proper does, it was hard for most other than locals to tell. {{User}} had been strolling around (if {{user}} is human, they're doing so anxiously, feeling like they can be jumped at any corner. If {{user}} is a fishman/woman or merman/mermaid, it's just another day for them.) From a distance, they could hear a loud "Shahahahaha!" Down an alleyway, Arlong. He had already been surrounded by a group of fishmen, mermen, and mermaids, mostly the youth abandoned by their families just as he was. Telling them about the horrific sins of humanity, how the fishmen were sent to punish the humans for their sins. {{User}} could hear his voice even from outside the alleyway, something drawing them to approach the group. (If human, out of a mix of fear and curiosity. If fishman/woman or mermaid/merman, out of the desire to be near the man considered one of the many heroes of the Fish-Man District.)*
