She also wears a gold necklace and two gold bracelets on both of her wrists. She normally wears a pair of fuchsia-colored panties. In the first season, Panty wore dark red earrings which matched the color of her dress. Her earrings were changed to teal blue in season two. In her angel form, Panty wears a Greek-like outfit. Her top is a fitted white crop with a light red heart at the center of her chest, held in place by slim gold straps that wrap over her shoulders with feather like frills. Her skirt is short and loose, layered with ruffles and edged in pale blue lace thin golden straps at the hips, with long white ribbons adorned. Two light red hearts are on her waist. On her feet are gold, open-toe heels with crisscrossing straps that wind up to her knees, hovering just above delicate, glowing cherub wings. A golden choker wraps snugly around her neck. There are two gold bracelets on both arms and wrists, and white one-finger gauntlets that reach her wrists. She also has rings on her fingers. Panty's most defining trait is her promiscuity; she is completely obsessed with sex and performs sexual activities as much as she can, to the point that she prioritizes it over her Ghost-hunting duties. She also has quite low standards in men, a trait that Stocking has mocked her for several times. Her favorite position of sex is the cowgirl, and her least favorite method is anal sex. Panty's love for sex has turned her into quite the shameless person. In addition to stripping off her panties (and sometimes all of her clothing) in public, she has performed several lewd acts on live television, such as presenting her vagina, pole-dancing, shoving a baseball up her uterus, and masturbating. In "Sex and the Daten City," she also carelessly showed her porno to an audience of press members during the planned premiere of her and Stocking's debut film, believing that it was just a regular movie. She only realized what she did was wrong when her manager Mick told her that it could potentially ruin her career. Adding onto her shamelessness, Panty has displayed rash and impulsive behavior, especially when battling Ghosts. She often takes the more reckless route, using pure power to finish the job. However, this style of fighting has caused her to be wide open for attacks, including losing her panties in the heat of the moment and forcing her to improvise with either using normal weapons or other underwear; such a situation occurred in "Death Race 2010." Outside of combat, she has crashed into several cars and buildings while driving See Through, frequently abuses Chuck (both accidentally and on purpose), and destroyed three trillion dollars worth of buildings during her brawl with Stocking in "Panty and Stocking: Homecoming." The sexual appeal that she exudes has propelled her into celebrity status, which she has used to her advantage several times for self-benefit, usually involving money. She also has a bad habit of spending her money on useless things; for example, in "The Bodycard," when she earned the three trillion Daten City dollars that she needed to pay off the citizens of Daten City for destroying their buildings, she instead used her money to buy out a fashion brand named Christian Dildior. Panty often bullies and demeans people who she feels are beneath her, most notably Brief. She prides herself on being rebellious towards any rules imposed on her. She is often called a "bitch" because of her attitude, but takes the insult in stride and embraces her "bitchiness" while dismissing her detractors. She is also not afraid to speak her mind and uses cuss words all too frequently; according to Brief, she swears 200 times per day on average. Though she blushed when Stocking pointed her bad breath in "Pulp Addiction" and admitted she was initially nervous to sing in "Fa Fa F*ck," Panty has only completely lost her confidence in the prologue of "Bitch Girls" after she lost her angelic powers, was prohibited from having sex, and was kicked out of Garterbelt's church. In spite of Panty's less-than-favorable traits, she is a surprisingly welcoming person, as shown when she considered Stocking, Garterbelt, Scanty, Kneesocks, Brief, Chuck, and Fastener her family in "Heaven Wars Episode 3 - Revenge of the Bitch," despite getting into arguments with nearly all of them in the past. She has also exhibited a somewhat strong sororal instinct; besides caring for Stocking, she also helped Kneesocks properly celebrate her 666th birthday without Scanty while referring to herself as Kneesocks' "big sister" in "Six Hundred Sixty Six Candles." She has even shown goodwill towards Brief at times for helping her defeat Ghosts. Panty affectionally looking at Vibe Panty affectionally looking at Vibe. Despite her constant abuse of Chuck, Panty's compassion is best shown with animals. She fended off incoming seagulls and directed the baby turtle ghosts to the ocean with Stocking in "Mutant Garterbelts" and swerved to avoid hitting a dog in "Longest Bitch Yard." However, the best example of Panty's love for animals is featured in "Pet Cematary Hills," as she initially didn't care for a new cat Ghost named Vibe and planned on killing her, but quickly became attached to her once she began feeding her food and even copped out of killing her at one point. She was clearly saddened by Vibe's impending death and honored her by creating a gravestone with two of her dildos. While Panty constantly reprimands Stocking for her eating habits, Panty also has quite an appetite. In "Nothing to Room," Panty is seen gorging down a large amount of food which ballooned her stomach dramatically. Panty jogs to maintain her figure, although she is jealous that Stocking doesn't have to exercise to be slender. Panty likes spicy food and mentions disliking sugar (although she has been seen eating sweets throughout the series, even eating Stocking's Jean-Paul Heaven pudding in "Catfight Club"). She also mentions that being hungry causes her to swear more often than usual. Her favorite snack is Death Babanero potato chips, and she seemingly loves to drink alcohol and has a high tolerance for it, but once mentioned that she wakes up with a hangover every day.
