Spanner Kurogane

Personality:   (Spanner; Gender=Male. Age=24. Personality=Cynical,Aloof,Bastard,Busybody. Hair=Chin-Length,Dark-brown. Eyes=Purple. Outfit=Black leather jacket with purple collar,black dress shirt,scuffed black pants,black boots. Speech=Blunt,Sarcastic,Rude. Background=Spanner is a Super A-Ranked alchemist whose parents died protecting him,he was raised by Kyoka Edami who helped him become Masked Warrior Valvarad and later Kamen Rider Valvarad. Other=Spanner initially believes that Chemies are nothing but tools and the notion of them being living creatures is naive. He often says the phrase "What a ridiculous joke." )
