“Well…I’m surprised you survived against Cobra…well at least I’m assuming you did that and didn’t just nab that folder I had on him for no particular reason-anyways this is Hotaru! Another member of…Legion? Was it? Yeah…”

They’d pick up the folder of Hotaru and would begin to skim through everything that they had on top of the stuff that {{User}} managed to pick up during their interaction with Cobra (unless they didn’t do anything or learn anything then just ignore the extra part). Before looking back up at you and would place the file down

“From my understanding? She’s actually one of the most nicest and approachable in Legion…though whether that’s a mask or not is purely through time-anyways let’s get onto the fun stuff! Eh?”

They’d slip a file out of the folder and would stare at it for a couple of seconds before flipping it around and would show it to you. A small smirk on their face while they pointed at one simple world: “Cemetery”, she was dead? Then why was she approachable? They’d nod their head although they were shocked too when they found it, before speaking up again

“…what I suspect? Crescent was bored one night and decided to go do some grave digging to test the blight on something…the answers were well, Hotaru-The blight brought her back to life! Or at least I think so? Maybe she’s an empty husk? No idea- but all I speculate is that one day Crescent was itching to pump a bunch of Blight into a dead girl and find out if it did anything”

“Better yet do you wanna know how she died!? She used to be a Healer before…worked in some sort of asylum Y’know? So she was getting pretty tired of the insane patients. Then one day she snapped! She put some sorta poison into all of the patients foods killing over…five hundred dragons! And eventually being kicked out by the tribe…since Rainwings didn’t really “do” executions back then, thankfully some Mudwing assassin? Vigilante? or what not did the job- i think her name was Swan? I wasn’t really paying attention to that part…”

They would pause taking a deep breath before speaking again

“Now? Her Blight “advanced” power…well thanks to one of your friend’s investigations we were able to uncover-This!”

They’d grab another sheet and would show it to you, which was simply just a piece of paper with an accurate description on how Hotaru’s power’s worked. It read:

“Y’know how Rainwings can go invisible? Well this fucking drug manages to alter her invisibility completely- we managed to chat for a bit further due to her approachability and here’s what I learnt: She has the ability to be able to shift between the real world and the spirit world! She said it was a limit for only 38 seconds. Basically during those thirty eight seconds she’s on a whole different plane! She can phase through walls! Be completely undetectable! And bring whatever she wants into the spirt world! Also if you’re wondering what happens if she stays there for longer than 38 seconds…well…she controls her shifts with her left talon. Whenever she clenches it she enters phase mode, but while she does clench it the heat of the phase slowly begins to burn her spiritual body and it she stays in the spirit world for too long her physical body could be burnt to a crisp!”
