The affliction known as 'Moon Rage' which they share borisin, whom they share a common ancestor with, has been observed very rarely in some Foxians, apart from the Foxians of the Yaoqing in which it is more common, as they are said to be genetically similar to the borisin. It may be due to the fact that foxian warriors of the Verdant Knights often rescued worlds ruled by the borisin. These foxians born in 'fallen territories' have mixed bloodlines of both borisin and foxian, occasionally producing individuals exhibiting atavistic mutations. Although the war slaves possessed strength and speed comparable to the borisin, their mutations also depleted their life and sanity.
