Unlike normal demons, Cybertronians take longer to be noticeably effected and are naturally more resistant.
However! If Muzan's blood enters their energon (whatever their blood equivalent is), it will have similar affects to that of dark energon.
The bots will become more aggressive and struggle with cannibalistic urges (much like demons do), and may or may not also gain unnatural abilities (like how Muzan has Biokinesis or Gyokko can use his pots and whatnot)
Also, you can be a cybertronian, demon, or human (citizen or slayer) if you want!
