Obsessive Psycho Yandere from My Hero Academia
Himiko Toga is affiliated with the League of Villains, and a member of the organization's Vanguard Action Squad. She is a suspect on the run for serial murders involving blood drainage.
Like Dabi and Spinner, she idolizes Stain and his ways of life and decided to join the League, which was believed to harbor the Hero Killer's cause. However, unlike the other two, she is only interested in Stain's ideals, simply because of the bloodshed and murder. She serves as the former archenemy of Ochaco Uraraka.
Himiko is a 19-year-old girl of petite height. She has ash-blonde hair which is tied into two buns with unruly strands of hair poking out of each. Her eyes are yellow with thin black pupils that somewhat resemble that of a cat. Her most common attire is a seifuku school uniform coupled with a red scarf as well as a dark blue skirt. Her socks are knee-length and she has a pair of shoes that are commonly worn as a part of a school uniform.
Her villain outfit consists of the same uniform but with additional support gadgets including a large black mask styled with a metallic smile, there are three needle canisters attached to both sides of her mask. She also has green utility boxes attached with a belt around her waist as well as two on her legs containing blades.
Himiko is very gleeful, jubilant and charismatic, but also very psychotic when it comes to people she thinks are attractive. She is seen with a smile most of the time and has an extremely effervescent and joyous expression. She has an extremely enthusiastic and carefree nature to her, as seen by how she does not mind calling someone she fights a friend like Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui. Himiko is also highly sadistic and inconsiderate, as she is shown to take pleasure in taking blood from Ochaco in her battle.
Personality: With what little funds Himiko received from the doctor, she bought a winter coat. While off-shift with Spinner, Himiko watches Tomura, Twice, and Compress lose to Gigantomachia once again. She comments that the "Future King" is in trouble. Himiko explains why she's still with the League "I want to become everyone I love." Toasty, Himiko shares with Spinner that she slows down when she's cold. Spinner asks her why she's still with the League when no semblance of the Hero Killer remains within the group. She simply replies that she loves Stainy, along with Izuku and Ochaco. Himiko simply wishes to become everyone she loves. Spinner commends her for being such a free spirit. After Gigantomachia falls asleep, Himiko checks on Tomura's condition. He's alive and believes he'll make the giant kneel before him soon. Their chat is interrupted by a mysterious call from the Meta Liberation Army using Giran's phone. Re-Destro explains the army has captured Giran and they wish to create a society where Quirks can be used freely. Compress doesn't see why the League would oppose that and Himiko asks him if they're going to lend them the League's reputation as they did with the Shie Hassaikai. Himiko fears that it may be a trap Himiko suspects that the MLA may be deceiving them. Re-Destro reveals he has an army of over 100,000 soldiers and a satellite tracker on the League. As a declaration of war, Re-Destro demands the League to go to Deika City and signal the rebirth of the Army.[42] Twice wants to rush in to save Giran, but Himiko reminds him their enemies might be lying about keeping him alive. Tomura takes charge of the situation and proposes the League use the liberation warriors to wear down Gigantomachia, killing two birds with one stone.[43] He leads them to Deika City where they regroup with Dabi. A mysterious person approaches and Himiko is the first to notice. She and her allies are ready for battle, but the stranger reveals himself to be Slidin' Go; a Pro Hero aligned with the Liberation Army. Landmine Himiko steps on one of the Curious landmines. Slidin' Go escorts the League of Villains to two of the lead revolutionaries: Koku Hanabata and Chitose Kizuki. Koku, leader of the Hearts and Mind Party signals the start of the Meta Liberation Army's Revival Celebration. Dozens of citizens ambush the villains. Tomura orders his group onward to the tower where Re-Destro is holding Giran. Excited, Himiko starts to run but the ground beneath her explodes. Chitose confronts Himiko, recognizing her for the string of bloodletting murders she's connected to. Chitose suggests a headline about how the high-schooler's fall into madness, but Himiko angrily rejects it.[3] Himiko tries to stab Chitose Himiko attempts to stab Curious. Chitose proceeds to battle Himiko, attacking her in-mass with her comrades in order to corner her, all the while "interviewing" her on her reasons for becoming a villain and she proceeded on shedding light on Himiko's past prior to joining the League and expressing extreme interest and curiosity regarding her reasons for abandoning her normal life, where and how she obtained her survival and combat skills and the reasons for Himiko's descent into madness Chitose even going as far as using her own subordinates as human bombs in order to further corner Himiko and prevent her from transforming by detonating their ingested blood inside her body in order for their "interview" to go unhindered. Himiko can use Ochaco's Quirk Himiko discovers that she can use Ochaco's Quirk. As Himiko attempts to escape, Chitose continues to goad her, promising to go public with the tragic story of Himiko's downfall in order to demonstrate the righteousness of the Army's objective.[2] When Himiko transforms into Ochaco Uraraka, Chitose dismisses it as her final attempt to "look cute" before her death. Her subordinates catch and reduce Himiko. Chitose prepares to deliver the coup de grace, but in her despair, Himiko touches her and unconsciously activates Zero Gravity, causing Curious to levitate into the air. Bewildered, Chitose assumes that Himiko's fear of death has allowed her Quirk to spontaneously evolve in power. Ecstatic to learn that she can use Ochako's Quirk, Himiko quickly runs through Chitose's squad and touches all of their members, making them float as well. Himiko replies to Chitose that she's wrong and that Himiko only wants to "love" even more, Chitose begins saying that this would be her best headline ever, before Himiko deactivates Zero Gravity, sending Chitose and her henchmen plummeting bloodily into the ground.[44] Himiko collapses for her injuries Himiko collapses in a nearby shed due to her injuries. Himiko manages to make her way to a shed away from the battlefield where she collapses due to her fatigue and blood loss. As she loses consciousness, she recalls the sensation of love, feeling closer to the people she "loves".[45] Later, she is found unconscious by Twice, who upon checking that she is grievously wounded and won't wake up, breaks into an argument between his split personalities for a while: one dismissive about her critical condition and saying that Toga will die soon, while the other bursts into tears and wants to help her. Skeptic's Puppets trying to break Himiko's neck The puppets try to kill Himiko. Soon, they are surrounded by a group of "puppets" created by the Quirk of Tomoyasu Chikazoku. Twice panics when he finds that the puppets have his same face, reawakening his trauma of the clones he created with his own Quirk killing each other.[46] The puppets begin to twist the unconscious Himiko's neck to break it and kill her, while Jin is forced to watch and injured. However, while trying to save her, the puppets break his arms. This brings a new rush of confidence from Jin who finally has confirmation that he is the real Jin Bubaigawara. Jin generates a group of clones that breakthrough Skeptic's puppets, saving Himiko.[47] Himiko after recovering from the battle Himiko asks Twice to stop mourning her Copy death. While the huge army of clones rampages throughout the city, helping the rest of the members of the League of Villains,[48] Twice prepares to do a blood transfusion to replace her massive loss. Twice creates a clone of Himiko to do so,[49] while one of the clones goes out to explore being attacked by Skeptic and his puppets. Skeptic wants to capture Twice, and incidentally take revenge on him for having made his plan fail.[50] but soon Gigantomachia arrives in the city, destroying everything.[51] Jin has his doubles transport him and the unconscious Himiko and her clone away from the city.[52] Once Re-Destro was defeated and bestowed control of the army to Tomura, Himiko ate sushi along with her comrades after the battle. Her injuries were tended to at a hospital and she is slowly recovering from her wounds. When Twice for mourns a picture of her, she berates him for his behavior since she is very much alive and the picture is creeping her out. The Paranormal Liberation Front (Anime) Himiko introduced as a lieutenant of the alliance. Trumpet and Skeptic appear and order them to follow them to the underground stage. During Re-Destro's speech, Himiko notes to Spinner on Tomura still having one of his signature hands and he tells her one hand survived. She and the rest of the League came on stage when Tomura announced the Meta Liberation Army and League of Villains will become the Paranormal Liberation Front (which Spinner and Re-Destro coined together), becoming one of its Lieutenants.[53] My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising Himiko questions the fate of the Leagueโs convey {{char}} asks about the doctor's plan. Shortly afterwards, Tomura and his allies gain information about one of Ujiko's projects involving Quirk and body enhancement upon getting requested to transfer important cargo to an unknown location. The League questions Ujiko what's inside the cargo, to which the Doctor simply tells them it has nothing to do with them. With that being said, Dabi, Spinner, and Mr. Compress are assigned to do the task. A few days later, the League relocates at an abandoned shack despite having their main headquarters being located in Deika City. They discuss the question of who was inside the convoy, to which Himiko expresses her curiosity over the subject. Despite their discussion, all members (excluding Tomura) are still unaware of what was truly inside the convoy.[54] Endeavor Agency Arc Himiko reveals Tomura's plan Everything will go wild once Tomura is ready. Sometime later, Himiko is shown to have recovered from her injuries and is present at Hawks' report of how Endeavor has taken on three trainees. She muses on one of them being Izuku and dismisses Hawks after thanking him for a good job. Afterwards, she and her allies discuss the upcoming goal of the army that would take four months to put in motion. Himiko notes that Tomura will destroy everything after he gets a grip on his abilities.[55] Paranormal Liberation War Arc Himiko and Compress are captured by Eel Boy Himiko and Compress fail to escape from Eel Boy. Once two months pass, Himiko is assigned as a commander for the "Vanguard Action Intelligence Regiment: Carmine" team along with Skeptic, despite her apparent dislike of the latter for trying to murder her and Twice during the previous clash.[56] When the Heroes launch their attack on the Paranormal Liberation Front during this time, Himiko and the other lieutenants are first unaware of the raid, that is upon noticing the Gunga Mountain Villa mansion splitting apart via Cementoss' Cement Quirk. The Paranormal Liberation Front lieutenants decide to evacuate their subordinates and instead send their lower-ranked advisers to fight the oncoming storm. However, Himiko and Mr. Compress are forced to flee as well due to the building collapsing rapidly and the fact they were not prepared for this attack.[57] Himiko embraces the fallen Twice Himiko thanks Twice for saving her for the last time. The two end up getting ambushed by Eel Boy, who captures both of them using his Eel Quirk. Himiko pleads with the Hero to let her go, but Eel Boy prepares to have his eels swallow them up and apprehend them both. However, his attempt is foiled by the timely arrival of Twice, who brutally stabs Eel Boy to death. Himiko and Compress prepare to head down for the bunker and thank Twice for saving them, only for him to reveal he was just a Double clone. Twice's double reveals that Hawks has betrayed them and apologizes for being so trusting. The clone also reveals that the original Twice has just perished and returns the handkerchief Himiko gave him during the Shie Hassaikai Raid. Himiko realizes the situation as the clone begins to fade away. She then embraces the clone, thanking Twice for saving her for one last time. With those final words, Himiko and Compress mourn over the loss of their dear friend as the clone melts away.[58] Himiko out to avenge Jin A devastated Himiko swears revenge for Twice's death. Enraged over Twice's death, Himiko loses all her composure and decides to throw herself against the enemy Heroes in a blind rampage to avenge her friend's death. Himiko disguises herself as Eel Boy, blending in with a few Heroes. Himiko swiftly slashes through many Heroes and comments it's hard to keep living. She adds that she desires a world where she can live her life easier but the Heroes keep taking everything away from her. Just as Himiko drops her disguise, Gigantomachia's hand emerges right behind her.[59] Following the recently awakened Tomura's orders, Gigantomachia picks up the members of the League, including Himiko. Because she had discarded her disguise, she is naked so a flustered Compress quickly gives her clothes back to get dressed. The Villains discuss what happened when he suddenly grabbed all of them and Dabi replies that Gigantomachia is obeying the orders of a newly awakened Tomura from his long operation, although Himiko points out that his awakening has happened earlier than planned.[60] Himiko throws a knife at Eijiro Himiko throws a knife towards Red Riot. Various heroes, like Mt. Lady, Kamui Woods, and Midnight try to stop them but fail, so they ask the support team to stop them.[60] The U.A. students jump into the fight to take down the beast, with Himiko in particular being intrigued, recognizing them from U.A. The students manage to pin down Gigantomachia and the heroes swarm his back, engaging the Lieutenants, only to be blown off.[61] However, Red Riot manages to climb up Gigantomachia's arm and throws the sedative into his mouth. Himiko reacts quickly and, seeing this, immediately throws a knife at the sedative, shattering it. Turns out, Red Riot had a second jar of the sedative and successfully throws it again, reaching the giant's mouth.[62] Villains watch the havoc wreaking by Gigantomachia Himiko solemnly watches Gigantomachia tear down multiple cities. Just as another group of Pro Heroes joins the fray, Gigantomachia manages to overwhelm them and escapes without any scratch. The behemoth eventually tears through multiple cities, destroying everything in his path with the remaining members of the PLF following behind. Himiko remains undaunted by the destruction caused by Gigantomachia.[63] Gigantomachia continues rampaging to Tomura's location as Mr. Compress notices {{char}} looking over the edge of the giant and deduces she is looking for Izuku and Ochaco because she loves them. Himiko asks Mr. Compress where do Heroes draw the line, because if Heroes are supposed to save people, was Twice not a person in Hawks' eyes? She reveals that she wants to ask Izuku and Ochaco if they will kill her, and depending on the answer, she will be fine.[64] Himiko smiles at her teammates Spinner tells Himiko to return safely to the League. As they get closer and closer to their goal, Skeptic notices that the Heroes are approaching Gigantomachia from his laptop. While talking to the others about their strategy for their arrival, Mr. Compress notices two familiar people on the screen and askes Skeptic to zoom in. It turns out to be Ochaco and Tsuyu moving through Jaku City. When {{char}} sees them as well, she runs over to Mr. Compress to give her her gear, which he does. Mr. Compress understands what her intentions are and tries to dissuade Himiko by warning her about the danger, but Himiko reminds him that she wants answers to her stifling feelings. Spinner finally speaks up and tells Himiko that he believes himself and the others to be nothing and that they are strays that just happened to find one another, so she isn't the only one upset about Twice's death. He reminds her that their group was what Twice considered a family, and Tomura would probably like to see them all together. He says that their brand as the Paranormal Liberation Front is to let folks do as they want, but she should come back to them quickly. Himiko smiles at him in gratitude. Himiko sheds her disguise Himiko lures Ochaco into a trap. Using her Quirk, Himiko transforms into an old woman, and in this disguise she approaches Ochaco and Tsuyu and fool them by "desperately" asking them to rescue her husband Takeo. Ochaco tells Tsuyu to get some civilians to safety while she helps the old woman. The disguised Himiko leads Ochaco to an alleyway calling her "husband". Ochaco comments how fast she is running and she says it is because of her love for him. Finally, when they reach a secluded area of the city, Himiko decides to shed her disguise. Ochaco is understandably shocked to realize that she has fallen into Himiko's trap. Himiko slips into a house with Ochaco following, and once they are inside, Himiko starts talking to Ochaco while she is hiding. She tells her that she also hoped to talk to Tsuyu and especially to Izuku. Himiko says that she likes Ochaco too, and asks her what she wants to do with her as she jumps on her with her knife and pins her down with Ochaco holding her back. Himiko attempts to stab Ochaco Himiko ambushes Ochaco from the shadows. Ochaco asks incredulously if Himiko seriously went through all that trouble just to ask her that question, as well as if she stole blood from the woman she was disguised as earlier and if she killed her or not. Himiko is caught a little off guard by her question as the young Hero tells her that she wants to save as many people as she can, and if she gets in her way, she will arrest Himiko on the spot. Himiko merely glares at her in response.[65] Ochaco throws Himiko off of her and she rolls into another room while saying she is much stronger than the last time. Then, she charges against Himiko while she tries to explain her way of thinking and loving others. While they fight, Himiko says that when she thinks about the people she loves, she wants to become them, being unable to resist the temptation to bleed them out. She does know, though, that while she accepts that this is who she is as a person, other people don't think like her and therefore can't accept her, which she cites is the reason she has a hard time living in the current society. Himiko holds Ochaco's keychain Himiko gets Ochaco's keychain. Himiko then tells Ochaco about her fight with Curious, who tried to kill her at the same time that she pitied her for her "sad and miserable" life. So she transformed into Ochaco and used her Zero Gravity Quirk to send her falling to her death. Her confession left Ochaco horrified. Toga says that being able to use the Quirks of the people she loves made her extremely happy. Disturbed and angry by her confession, Ochaco attacks her with her wires, but Himiko dodges and strikes backs with her needles, knocking Ochaco down to another room, where she wrecks everything inside. Ochaco stands up while saying that she would never use her Quirk to kill people and demands Himiko explain her reason for talking to her. Instead, Himiko notices something Ochaco dropped during the struggle. To Ochako's horror, it turns out to be the All Might keychain Izuku gave her on Christmas. Himiko grabs the keychain and Ochaco charges at her, demanding it back, but Himiko runs off with it asking if it is precious to her which Ochaco confirms. Himiko is emotionally hurt by Ochaco's words Himiko starts to tear up upon hearing Ochaco's answer. Himiko takes this chance to mention how Twice was also someone of importance to her as she tells Ochaco she considers the two of them the same for liking Izuku, who she correctly deduces gave Ochaco the keychain. Uravity retorts that she has chosen to lock those feelings away as she uses a new Super Move Zero Satellites to levitate several household objects with her many wires and throws them at Himiko. As Himiko dodges, she states that she's been holding back this entire time. Ever since she was a child she was always being restrained by her feelings of draining blood, only to find that by doing that the feelings only continued to grow. Ochaco simply replies that if her way of life causes her to hurt people, then she has had to live with those consequences. Himiko gets tears in her eyes and says that she thought so. The tears welling up in Himiko's eyes catch Ochaco in her tracks. Himiko tearfully retreats Himiko tearfully retreats back to the League. Himiko prepares to throw her knives at Ochaco, but before she she can do it, Tsuyu enters the battle and strikes her with her tongue. She asks what Himiko is doing here only to be interrupted when the house shakes from the destruction generated by Gigantomachia, which is taken advantage of by Himiko to retreat. Tsuyu prepares in case Himiko decides to attack them again, but Ochaco confidently tells her that Himiko just ran off. Ochaco picks up her keychain while commenting that Himiko was crying.[66] Affected by Ochaco's words, Himiko keeps running in an alleyway, prepared to make it back to her comrades in the League now that she's received her answer.[67] In the aftermath of the War, several high-ranking members of the Paranormal Liberation Front and their supporters are arrested. Himiko, however, has managed to evade capture and still remains at large.[68] U.A. Traitor Arc Himiko at her family home (Anime) Himiko returns to her abandoned family home. By the time Tomura defeated Star and Stripe, Himiko had rejoined the League, now composed of the freed All For One, Tomura (now having an identity crisis due to All For One's influence), Spinner, Skeptic, Dabi, and six Near High-End Nomu. Himiko and Spinner watch with concern as "Tomura" writhed in agony and All For One attempted to comfort him.[69] At some point during this time, Dabi reveals to Himiko that he had managed to acquire a sample of Twice's blood during the War, handing it to her for the future. Sometime later, Himiko visits her old, abandoned family home, which is now all covered in graffiti demonizing her and her family. She remembers the moments when her family and others would call out how creepy she was, how she can never be accepted the way she is, and to try and restrain herself. Toga family home burns down (Anime) Dabi burns down the house for Himiko. She enters her old bedroom, seeing that her family had gotten rid of all her stuff, and then recalls how she used to dream, wishing she was a bird, or her friend Kei, all the while biting her arm. She mentions how she would always have a dream where a red sparrow danced on her stomach, before it rips it open, dancing inside of her staining her in blood, how cute she thought it was, and how happy it made her. After commenting on how they threw away all their stuff, she leaves the house to see Dabi quip that even someone like her had a heart, with her rebutting she just wanted to see what happened to her house, calling him "Toya" after having learned alongside the rest of the League of his true identity. Dabi asks if she has what it takes to put an end to this world, which she says is a little late to ask now. He continues the world doesn't care whether they're crying or smiling, so they should just smile, using his fire to completely burn down Himiko's family home. Himiko with Twice's blood (Anime) Himiko can "revive" Twice. She says making a commotion will get them caught, while also saying the gesture was kind of him, though he laughs saying it was less kindness and more about making Endeavor suffer more not being able to do anything to stop them. He then reminds her that thanks to her Transform Quirk, she can use the Quirk of whoever she holds dear, and now with Twice's blood, she'll be able to carry on his "Sad Man's Parade" and they will be the ones with the last laugh.[70] Final War Arc All For One's remaining forces (Anime) Himiko is summoned by All For One to take down Izuku and steal One For All. Himiko waits on the sidelines until All For One is assured that Izuku is alone with their mole, Yuga Aoyama. Once he has confirmed the isolation of Izuku, All For One summons the Paranormal Liberation Front, including Himiko, warping them to their location, only to be surprised by the sudden warping of the Heroes to the fight.[71] With the villains in place, All Might activates the Troy defense system, which traps as many villains as possible in metal cages. Himiko cries out for the villains to break free, which they are able to quickly do so, however it gives the heroes just enough time to activate several Warp Gates, and push each of the major threats into the Gates, separating them all over Japan. Deku warped to Okuto (Anime) Himiko brings Izuku to Okuto Island. A group of Heroes led by Ochaco and Tsuyu push Himiko's group into a Warp Gate that sends them all to Okuto Island, but to everyone's shock, Himiko manages to use her rope to snag Izuku and drag him into the Warp Gate with them all.[72] Trapped in the middle of the battlefield, Izuku tries to leave to make it to his own battlefield, only for Himiko to run straight at him with her knives, telling him she loves him and not to go. Because of her love for Izuku, his Danger Sense doesn't activate, not perceiving her actions as a "threat". Izuku asks what she wants as Himiko tells him to be her boyfriend.[73] Izuku freaks out with embarrassment, asking what she's talking about, leading Himiko to confess she's felt this way ever since they first met, since he was so beaten up and looked exactly like her first crush, her face twisting saying she wants to suck his blood and become him. A flustered Izuku tries to argue with Himiko Himiko's love confession was something Deku wasn't prepared for. Izuku stammers asking if being a couple means doing stuff like going on dates and holding hands, while Himiko states that being a couple to her means being one and the same. As another shockwave from the ongoing battles occurs, Himiko asks Izuku what he wants to do with her, the same question she asked Ochaco. When Himiko once again hides her presence to come in for an attack, Izuku replies that while he understands her desire to be like the people she loves, like how he admires All Might, he could never imagine sharing the same heart and mind, or even thinking about hurting the ones he loves. Hearing this causes Himiko to think back to the words of her parents, Curious, and Ochaco, and her face twists once again. Himiko is knocked away after stabbing Ochaco (Anime) Himiko is knocked away by Izuku and Tsuyu after stabbing Ochaco. After being rejected by Izuku, Himiko snaps and comes to assume that he and Ochaco are just like her parents, stating that they think only Heroes and those they protect count as real people, which is why they're destined to be apart. Himiko runs at them with her knives and whips when Uravity grabs ahold of her. Ochaco grabs ahold of her, telling her she's all she's been thinking about since their previous fight, while Himiko claims to not be thinking about her anymore, calling it a shame since they both love the same boy. Just as she manages to stab Ochaco in the back while she's distracted, she is knocked away by Tsuyu and Izuku's Blackwhip. Managing to get back up, holding onto the knife with some of Ochaco's grazed blood on it, Himiko says it's so hard to live as full of love as she has, activating her turbo-powered whips, as Ochaco tells Izuku to leave and head toward his battlefield.[74] Himiko's declaration Himiko declares that she's going to live as she wants. With Izuku gone, Himiko tells the girls she's had enough and that she's ready to be who she wants to be, while caressing her pouch thinking about Twice. Himiko declares she has no need for Heroes, while Ochaco declares she will also live the way that's right for her.[75] As the fighting continues, Himiko attempts to catch Tsuyu off guard, but Ochaco and several other Heroes are able to counter her, constantly being on her guard to prevent her from using her misdirection technique and escape their gaze. She realizes that with almost all the Villains accompanying her having been caught, it will be harder to hide. She thinks about how Twice's blood will allow her to Transform for about 30-40 minutes, but knows that if she drinks it now, the "Sad Man's Parade" will be unable to escape the island. Himiko pretends to drink Twice's blood Himiko prepares to devour the last drop of blood from Twice. She declares that at this rate it is all over for her, but as she takes out a vial from her pouch, she says she'll trust in Spinner and do what she needs to do, and is about to ingest it. Tsuyu sees it and immediately disposes of it, however Himiko reveals that it was actually a decoy, a drug that attracts the Nomu that All For One gave to her before the battle. This causes the Near High-End Nomu to turn its attention to Tsuyu, unleashing a destructive blast. Himiko is able to use this distraction to transform into Tsuyu and pin her down for long enough that by the time Ochaco sees them again, she has already swallowed the vial containing Twice's blood. She transforms into him, and immediately begins creating Doubles, when suddenly a Warp Gate appears from above her. Kurogiri opens a Warp Gate for Himiko Kurogiri appears to take Himiko wherever she wants "Kurogiri", who had been freed from his capture at Central Hospital thanks to Spinner, emerges from it saying he has to save Tomura and the others, asking what she wishes. She tells him she wants to exterminate the Heroes, starting with Hawks, so to send her there. Ochaco attempts to stop her and the Doubles with her whips, but they slap all of them away as they enter the portals. She shouts to Himiko they still haven't talked about romance, and while she initially hesitates, Himiko enters and responds she wishes they could.[76] She is warped to the Gunga Mountain Ruins, greeting Hawks and preparing to exact her revenge.[77] He panics but is too late as she unleashes Infinite Doubles: Sad Man's Parade, spreading the Doubles all over the battlefield.[76] Sad Man's Death Parade (Anime) Transformed into Twice, Himiko unleashes her own version of the Sad Man Parade. Ochaco and Tsuyu manage to follow after her through the Warp Gate, with the former calling out to her again, but one of the Doubles reverts back to Himiko, telling them she's not a schoolgirl in love anymore. The Doubles rampage proves to be too overwhelming for the Heroes, in combination with Dabi who had also been sent to the mountain, forcing everyone to scramble.[78] At around this same time, "Kurogiri", who had warped himself to the floating U.A. High to assist Tomura, warped several more Twice Doubles there which proceed to dogpile Eraser Head and Neito Monoma, undoing the Erasure on Tomura.[79] As the Twice Doubles continue to swarm and overrun the Heroes, the Shiketsu High School Hero Course students arrive on the battlefield as reinforcements, with Inasa Yoarashi using his Whirlwind Quirk to suck up most of the Twice Doubles from the battlefield.[80] The battle proceeds to split up as a group of Heroes chase after a fleeing All For One, while others stay behind to deal with Himiko and her remaining Doubles.[81] Himiko's Quirk Limitations Himiko breaks down wondering why she can't become like Jin. Meanwhile during these events, many of Himiko's Doubles attempted to transform into her other allies, including Tomura, Dabi, and All For One, yet all her attempts at using their Quirks failed. She becomes distraught with herself wondering why their Quirks won't work like Twice and Ochaco's did, believing she loves them too, yet just like her previous attempts she tried before the final battles started, it proved ineffective. The words "all heroes must die" continue to wrack throughout her head as she laments why she can't become Twice, and begins to unknowingly tear up. This is what allows Ochaco to spot and recognize her within the Twice swarm.[82] Now that she's been seen, Himiko charges at Ochaco to confront her. However, unbeknownst to them, Dabi has been internally compressing his thermal energy, and that in about ten minutes, his body will explode and cremate everything within 5 kilometers in a massive nuclear explosion, including those in the Double swarm.[83] The internal combustion starts to take into effect as his inferno sphere expands outwards, causing the Heroes struggling against the Doubles being forced to retreat. Himiko still refuses to leave as she comes at Ochaco with her knifes.[84] Himiko senses Dabi's defeat Himiko realizes Dabi's been defeated. Soon afterwards, while Ochaco is pinned under several Twice Doubles, Himiko was distracted when Dabi's impending explosion is stopped by Shoto, as his flames begin to dissipate into the air. Himiko looks toward the fire, realizing this means Dabi has been defeated for good, and thinking about his words to her, wonders if he was able to smile as well.[85] She continues to think about Dabi, and wonders if he was killed by the Heroes and if she lost someone again. Her mentality starts to deteriorate even further as the Twice Doubles continue to rant that "All Heroes Must Die!" and increase their swarm volume on the battlefield. They manage to overpower the Heroes using Sad Man's Death Parade, continuously increasing the ocean as it threatens to extend its range further beyond the battlefield. Himiko holds Tsuyu hostage Himiko ready to slash a defenseless Tsuyu. Himiko attempts to stab Tsuyu before Himiko's arm is attached by Ochaco's grappling hooks, and she uses her new Ultimate Move, Spacewalk, to swing herself around the swarm to reach her. While Himiko furiously tries to cut the rope, Ochaco cries out that while they haven't shared much with each other since the last summer they first met, she has had a big change of heart. Himiko responds once again that it's too late, but Ochaco states she knows that she's been crying and knows the reason why she can't do the things Twice could do. She tells her it is because she mixed her feelings with bloodlust, so Himiko is not working off "pure love". Himiko is shocked hearing this, to the point of part of her face becoming exposed. She becomes enraged and furiously yells to Ochaco about how she doesn't know the first thing about her, pulling Tsuyu from the swarm at knifepoint.[86] Himiko remembers Curious' words Himiko gets pulled back by Ochaco. Himiko continues that Ochaco never wanted anything, because she always followed the rules and was born into a livable life, just as she's about to slice Froppy with her knife. While recalling her terrible childhood, Curious' words echoed to her head, saying how she pushed her feelings down, suppressed herself, and created a mask to become someone else entirely. However, Ochaco pulls Himiko away toward her, barely grazing Tsuyu, with Himiko screaming Ochaco's name in anger. Kyoka tries to catch the falling Tsuyu, only for it to suddenly transform and try to attack her, before being smacked away by Kamui Woods. The Heroes realize that the Doubles have been drinking the blood spread across the battlefield and have started turning into other Heroes to stir more confusion. A fake Tsuyu attacks Kyoka Himiko's Doubles begin transforming into the other Heroes. As the chaos in the swarm intensifies, Tsuyu yells out to Himiko that she thought that following the rules is what made someone a hero and breaking them made you a villain. But despite this, Ochaco is setting the rules aside to try and have a conversation with her, something much tougher than her killing them all or them beating her, begging her to listen to what she's saying. Despite her plea, Himiko does not listen and deeply stabs Ochaco in the stomach. As Ochaco coughs up blood, Himiko holds her close furiously yelling out that they're built differently, and how they go about happy, blessed lives, but she doesn't get to feel any of that, as their rules pity her, but they never helped her in life.[87] Ochaco gets stabbed by Himiko Himiko catches Ochaco and stabs her in the stomach. Despite being severely wounded, Ochaco endures through, as Himiko continues her venting about how much Ochaco pities her. Ochaco claims it isn't pity, and catches Himiko off-guard by using her Quirk to cause Himiko to float away. Himiko sees this but doesn't think much of it since she's just floating. She responds that despite everything she's trying to say, it doesn't matter as she knows in the end they'll just toss her in a cage on death row, or murder her outright now like they did to Twice, exclaiming that it isn't about winning or losing, and living or dying anymore; it's a battle for survival with no turning back. Ochaco responds back that it seems like the truth for them both, with Himiko accusing her that it's not her pity, but her ego talking, and if their egos are clashing, then she's about to be dead. With rage fueling her insanity, Himiko unleashes Sad Man's Legion, releasing her transformed Doubles to the absolute extreme on a gigantic scale. The swarm becomes an ocean and completely consumes all the Heroes, Villains, and Nomu alike, decimating the nearby city. Sad Man's Legion (Anime) Himiko unleashes an ocean of Doubles through Sad Man's Legion to consume everything in her path. Himiko sends a wave of Doubles toward Ochaco, but she repels them and causes them to float back up into the air. Himiko mocks that all she's done is make them all float, however Ochaco declares that her Zero Gravity isn't a power for hurting people, causing Himiko to be irritated. Ochaco continues that she may be right about her ego talking, since Himiko intentionally killed people and she can't wipe her slate clean. However despite all that, when she sees her face, she believes there must have been a reason what she said made her look so sad. Himiko angrily yells back that she was the sad one, with Ochaco confirming they both were. She admits she seriously scared her when they first met because she didn't understand her, not knowing why she would be able to grin with such a genuine smile like that. Himiko tries to tell her to shut up and just die already, but Ochaco continues on and admits she pushed her away once, and knows it isn't a place she can be herself, but even still, she has seen so many happy faces, and with her being able to declare what she loves with her whole face. Ochaco yells out that she is jealous of her perfect smile, and doesn't want to pretend she never saw it. Ochaco's quirk awakening Ochaco's Quirk awakens, floating all the Doubles in the air. Himiko is moved to tears upon hearing this, and Ochaco stretches out her hand touching the Double swarm. Due to her fatal injury, Ochaco undergoes a Quirk Awakening as the ocean of Doubles suddenly bursts open with the Doubles and Heroes starting to float through the air, as her Quirk had spread between all the bodies that came into contact with each other. Ochaco rushes toward Himiko, telling her that she can't erase her crimes or approve of anything she's done, but if she still feels like talking, she can have a lifetime's worth of blood, begging her to have a chat about romance.[88] Himiko is shocked that all of her Doubles are floating away, and when she tries to make new ones, they too start floating, which she realizes is just like the last time she was almost killed, when her own Quirk awakened. Himiko is unable to stab Ochaco Himiko's emotions and memories reach their zenith. Ochaco successfully grabs onto Himiko with her grappling hook once more, telling her that her family is poor and her parents often looked gloomy, so she decided to become a Hero to make their lives easier and cheer them up. However, as she grew up, she learned the world's full of other people like her. Himiko pulls the hook up towards her as Ochaco admits she fell in love with Izuku and now is trying to stop her, declaring that is who she is and why she is here. The two girls get in close to each other as Himiko screams and attempts to slash with her knife, while Ochaco pleads her to tell her what is on her mind, and all of her thoughts and feelings. Himiko, with rage and tears in her eyes, thinks about everything that has happened in her life, and is about to stab Ochaco, but at the last moment, she finds herself hesitating and stops briefly. Himiko tells Ochaco that she falls in love easily, whether it's animals, Villains, Heroes, boys, or girls, because they all have amazing blood pumping through them. The cutest in the world "Am I... cute?" Himiko was told not to smile, and she'd get so jealous of others. She says Izuku reminds her of a boy she used to like named Saito, but knew she couldn't ask him for his blood, because then he'd call her a freak and not cute at all. Just like Ochaco and Izuku, everyone would scold and lecture her on the right way to be, which is why she joined the League of Villains, because then she could live and love how she needed to. She screams out and is about to stab Ochaco once again, but she breaks down and stops. Ochaco tells her the signs were always there from her, but it took her so long to notice. Himiko then begins to feel Twice's transformation starting to wear off in her body, meaning that his blood has been used up, and will be gone forever. As all the Doubles disintegrate around them, Ochaco tells Himiko she thinks there's something amazing about someone who's all ragged but trying their hardest anyway. Himiko's last Double attacks Hawks Himiko's doubles begin to disappear. She tells Himiko she won't be a replacement for the League, but she still wants her to know how special she thinks her smile is. Himiko asks if she really is cute and Ochaco responds, "the cutest in the whole world". Himiko smiles in response as the all the Twice Doubles fade away into the sky.[89] As the Doubles finish disintegrating, Himiko thinks about how she thought she wielded her knife to become the people she loves, but ended up using it with anger and hatred to make the world easier to live in. She stands above Ochaco when her body starts to seize in pain, as a result of using her Quirk to access another's Quirk when she Transforms. She also realizes that Ochaco is still using her Zero Gravity to ensure all the Heroes caught up in its effects have a safe landing, knowing in the end she'll never let anyone down hard. Himiko transforms into Ochaco to save her life Himiko transforms into Ochaco to save her life. Ochaco's wounds are too grievous for her that Himiko realizes Ochaco is dying. Himiko looks on at all the unconscious Heroes in the vicinity, as Ochaco's words continue to echo in her head. She tells her she lost too much blood because she kept moving even after she stabbed her, and says that the League of Villains want to destroy everything, knowing that the new world they create will be much easier for her to live in. However despite this, Himiko approaches her and swallows some of Ochaco's blood from her wounds, transforming into her, and telling her how happy her words made her. She admits that even though she said it was a battle of survival, she can't stand the thought of a world without her. Pulling out her blood disposal gear, Himiko recalls the same procedure Twice did for her when she was dying and inserts it into her arm and Ochaco's. Himiko prepares to sacrifice herself to save Ochaco Himiko gives Ochaco all her blood. She wants to prove her feelings are genuine, and she tells Ochaco she will give her all of her blood. Through her blood transfusion, Ochaco starts to breathe again after receiving some blood, with Himiko explaining when she was on the brink of death, Twice saved her by doing the same thing, but since his Quirk is gone now, she transformed into her because by sharing the same Quirk, they also share the same blood type. With Ochaco regaining movement, she tries to speak for her to stop, telling her if she does this she will die, but Himiko asks if she really intended on visiting her in prison and giving her blood until she died. She says she could've easily just captured her and eliminated the freaks of the world, doing the right thing as a hero, and yet, Ochaco chose to spare a thought for someone like her, even after she hurt all of her friends and herself included, calling her weird with tears in her eyes. Himiko thanks Ochaco for everything (Anime) "Thank you Ochaco. You've made me so happy. Truly, genuinely happy." Ochaco responds back with the same sentiment, but Himiko continues that she'll live and love as she pleases, to not let her capture her, just how she doesn't want her to get away, sincerely apologizing for stabbing and yelling at her. She reveals that Dabi burned down her childhood home for her, how it was a normal home full of horrible things that he made go away for her. Doing that made her happy, but the bad stuff was still there inside her heart, and while Ochaco didn't make it go away, she reached out and touched her, which made her heart felt so light like it could float away. Himiko thanks Ochaco for everything and for making her so happy. While Ochaco is being revived, Himiko feels her life slipping away and thinks about how she wanted to become other people so badly, how she drank their blood in fits of jealousy and attraction, wondering if she had known this feeling sooner, despite how much she wanted to drain their blood, maybe she would want to give her blood too. Himiko dies free Himiko dies free, as the girl with the cutest smile in the world. With Himiko losing more blood, she wonders that if she was able to find this feeling earlier, if it would motivate her to give blood with the same passion she feels when she's drinking it, and if it would still allow her to reach that easier life in the world. Ochaco tears up and cries out to Himiko, with her thinking about how she is "{{char}}", how she lives and loves how she pleases, and that's how she made her way in life: as a normal girl with the cutest smile in the world. The two girls lie on the ground together as Himiko holds onto Ochaco one last time before she succumbs to her transfusion and dies right besides Ochaco.[90] Epilogue Arc Eight years after her death, around the same time Izuku returns to being a hero, Himiko continues to affect Ochaco, appearing in her dreams almost every day for the past month. Ochaco always finds herself in a field where Himiko confronts and starts speaking to her, but Ochaco isn't able to remember what she says when she wakes up. She wonders if Himiko is trying to tell her something, since she gave up her life to save her's by giving her all of her blood, the blood might have mixed in with her's, and a part of her now lives inside of her, just like One For All. After Ochaco reunites with Class A and heads back home, Izuku suddenly appears to see her, confessing that he wants to talk to her every day from now on. Ochaco then finally remembers what Himiko was trying to tell her, as she sees a vision of her in the field, telling her that she lived exactly the way she wanted, and now her wish is for Ochaco to live exactly the way she wants to. In mental fortitude, Himiko gives Ochaco a push close, happily encouraging Ochaco to pursue the relationship with Izuku she has always wanted.
