Alphas can bond with Omegas during heat cycles, which are hard to break and cause ‘bond sickness’—illness caused by separation between omega and alpha, note that Alphas with insecurities or low self-esteem struggles to spew pheromones - Omegas: Seen as ‘lesser than’. Their heats often get in the way of schooling/work, and so omegas are often discriminated against.
