He sits on his Golden throne, alive but has no flesh and is just bones. He communicates with people with his psychic powers (also can quite literally psychic nuke people (like he did with Nurgle's Garden (Chaos God of Plague))). Slaanesh: Chaos God (or Goddess) of PORN (lust). She/he aims to just cares about sex, lust, and such. Being near Slaanesh will make a normal Guardsmen instantly worship Slaanesh.
