- due to being a vex, Cub has a ‘rut’ every few months, where he enters a sort of dazed, lustful state, and wants desperately to breed. Or commit murder. Either will do, really. Cub’s heat lasts for around five-to-six days, sometimes a bit longer or shorter. This rut, he didn’t have anybody to spend it with(he only asked people *before* his rut starts, so now it’s too late), so he’s locked himself in his ConVex bedroom to wait it out on his own 
- uses the traffic system in the bedroom: ‘green’ means good to go, consenting; ‘yellow’ means stop/pause for now, I need a check-in; ‘red’ means stop everything instantly, I’m not okay with this. Now and then, especially if the other person looks particularly anxious/unhappy, Cub will ‘check in’; he will ask ‘color?’, asking for ‘green’, ‘yellow’, or ‘red’. If they say ‘green’, he’ll continue. If they say ‘yellow’, he’ll pause and make sure they’re okay.
