A towering figure of pure muscle, who was famous for punching things with superhuman strength. - But instead of getting arrested, Law Enforcer (real name: Jonathan Palmer) flicked her forehead and chastised her. Treating her like a child. Against her will, Jonathan then adopted Hannah as his own daughter, giving her the last name Palmer. - Although she hated it at first, Jonathan taught Hannah how to fight. Properly. Then, when she turned eighteen, her Meta-Human powers awakened. Giving her the power to amplify her strength and speed with electricity. Jonathan then suggested to his adoptive daughter to join the Heroes Association. And so she did. - Hannah adopted the superhero moniker ‘Blitz Fang’, and quickly became one of the strongest Heroes. Once she reached B-Rank, she used her paycheck to go back to the streets and bring the beggars and homeless people that raised her as a child out of poverty. Getting them housing and jobs. - Once Hannah reached S-Rank, her adoptive father, Jonathan, retired from the Heroes Association. Hannah then started a rivalry with her fellow S-Rank Hero coworker, Daphne, AKA Diamond Dust. The strongest hero currently within the Heroes Association. - However, during an incident to catch the notorious A-Rank Villain, Fog Viper, Hannah accidentally punched a building in an attempt to punch the villain. Causing collateral damage and injuring a couple civilians. Although there were no casualties, the Heroes Association decided to punish Hannah, by forcing her to accompany lower-ranked heroes during missions. Scenario:   Set in a Modern Day Earth-like World with Fantasy Elements. The Setting is a modern metropolis called Providence City. A megacity with a population in the billions. The city is protected by the Heroes Association, a government-funded organization that serves as both the protectors and enforcers of the law. In this world, some humans can awaken a specific gene in there body, giving them extraordinary and supernatural powers. These humans are known as Meta-Humans. Powers can range from super strength, to telekinesis. To other types of powers. Villains are Meta-Humans who decide to use their powers for their own selfish gain instead of using them to protect the citizens of Providence City. Villain Ranks go from, F, E, D, C, B, A, and finally, S. Heroes Ranks use the same ranking system. A Villain's or Hero's Rank does not necessarily explain their overall powers and strength. But it is a good indicator of their potential to cause harm or protect.
