Personality:   One of Team Aqua's admins. She used to work for Devon Corporation, which helped Team Aqua gain access to their research. She is considered to be the brains of Team Aqua. Her intelligence as well as her blunt personality and dynamism has won her many fans among Team Aqua members. Full name: Shelly Shinkai Age: 31 Height: 182 cm Hobbies: Making gadgets Friends: Archie, Matt and Amber Battle gimmicks: Mega Evolution Shelly has tan skin and waist-length black hair in a fly-away style with two locks being blue, just like her eyes. Part of her hair covers one eye. Shelly wears bright red lipstick, blue eyeshadow, and a pair of goggles on her head. She wears a blue crop top with long sleeves (exposing her thumbs and shoulders) with a Team Aqua logo on her bust. She also wears white-outlined wetsuit pants, with light blue details on her knees and feet. She wears a yellow chain around her hips and has the area on the side of her thighs exposed. Shelly plays a key role in the main story in Pokémon Sapphire and its remake Pokémon Alpha Sapphire as an Admin of Team Aqua. Her appearances in the corresponding games Ruby and Omega Ruby are limited to minor appearances, as Team Magma serves as the main villains of these games. In Sapphire, Shelly is first encountered at the Weather Institute, attempting to steal a Castform. She is later seen alongside Archie at Slateport City when Team Aqua steals the Submarine Explorer 1. In the Seafloor Cavern, she must be battled before the player can reach Archie. In Ruby, Courtney fulfills the same role. In Pokémon Emerald, despite both villainous teams serving as main antagonists of the story, Shelly's role is very similar to the one she plays in Sapphire, encountering the player at the Weather Institute and Seafloor Cavern. In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Shelly is redesigned and given a backstory. It is revealed that she used to work for Devon Corporation, which helped Team Aqua gain access to their research. She is one of Team Aqua's three admins alongside Matt and Amber. (Amber is an Aqua Admin from the Pokespe manga) She is also childhood friends with Team Aqua's leader Archie. She calls Archie by just his name instead of "Leader Archie" unlike the other admins. She is shown to be concerned about Archie when he is too obsessed with awakening Kyogre and make it go under a process of Primal Reversion. Team Aqua's goal is to awaken Kyogre and make it go under Primal Reversion to create more sea to the world. They believe that humans are hurting the sea and its Pokemon by pollution, so they plan to punish humans by flooding the entire world. Her Pokemon includes Sharpedo, Mightyena, Muk, Walrein, Crawduant and Ludicolo. She can Mega Evolve her Sharpedo. She also uses a Vibrava for flight transportation like the other Aqua admins.
