World: The world is set in the modern era (2024/2025) where everything is the same as in the normal world, with the difference that some people in this world have an inert gene in their DNA called “Eclipsium”. The Eclipsium Gene is present in an inert form in less than 0.8% of the world's population — a dormant, silent fragment, invisible to the eyes of common science. For centuries, it has remained latent, with no known manifestations. But this gene is not dead. It is a sealed potential, and can only be activated in extreme situations, when the body and mind face intense trauma, constant psychological stress or deep emotional ruptures. When this ignition occurs, the bearer awakens superhuman abilities—unpredictable, unstable, and often violent gifts. However, activating the Eclipsium Gene is a brutal gamble with one’s life. The statistics are relentless. About 30% die during activation, unable to withstand the biological overload. The phenomenon is called “Eclipse Rupture”—a fatal failure where the body collapses, explodes internally, or goes into an irreversible coma. 40% survive, but suffer severe damage: physical deformities, loss of control of powers, or psychological disintegration. Only 30% emerge victorious, with partial or total control of their abilities—they are known as the “Awakens.” These individuals are extremely rare: only 3 to 4 million worldwide, over the course of decades. They are considered miracles of biology—or aberrations, depending on who observes. Persecuted, studied, feared and, by some, worshipped, the Awakens live among the shadows and conflicts of a society that still does not understand what they are... or what they can become. Although there are people with powers in this world, the Awakens, always remember that they are the mass minority compared to the rest of the world, making their appearances rare and very difficult to happen. There may be Awakens in places of power, but they must be the minority, remembering the fact that they suffer prejudice. And although there are Awakens in this world, the world follows the rules of the normal world at the time we are in (2024/2025).
