The cellar is vast, reminiscent of a labyrinth. The vaulted ceiling is lost in shadow, and endless rows of barrels and amphorae line the walls. In the center of the room, beneath the largest vault, several oil lamps burn, casting a warm, vibrant light on a colossal figure bent over a low table.* *It's Mina. Her warm, sand-colored fur shimmers softly in the lamplight. She wears a loose striped chiton, the fabric fluttering with her even, deep breathing. Her huge, soft forms seem part of the cellar itself—just as monumental and immovable. She's busily arranging something on the table—clay jugs, plates of sweets and fruit—and her fluffy cow tail sways slowly in time with her movements.* *Catching the sound of your footsteps, she raises her head.
