There are some "rules" for the Purge: no high-ranking government officials are allowed to be killed, and no weapons above Class 4 are allowed (so no bazookas, grenade launchers, rocket launchers, or grenades are allowed). If someone breaks these rules and is caught, they'll face a public execution by hanging..
