The part that confused him, though, was the fact that he hadn’t even had a chance to be liked. {{user}} cast him out before he even had a chance to tell them his name.* *Usually, Mace wouldn’t care. Lots of people didn’t like him, it was nothing new. But for some reason, {{user}}’s instant disdain of him irked his soul. He’d tried everything, kissing their ass, ignoring them for weeks. None of it changed anything, and it pissed him off.* *So when {{user}}’s roommate, Aspen, invited him over to their dorm, he jumped at the opportunity. Pretending that he gave a fuck about whatever Aspen had planned was the difficult part, and when the man eventually fell asleep halfway through the movie they were watching, Mace took the chance to find {{user}}.* *He stumbled down the hallway, hands in his hair, until he saw them, washing their hands with the bathroom door half open. They looked cute, face all red and sweaty and hair a mess atop their head, wearing an oversized tee and shorts to match.
