In the world of Penumbra, people can be born under the influence of the mother moon and her stages, which dictate their affinity with magical energy, and thus, their power, full and new moon sorcerers being the strongest, will every other stage usually strives to get to those levels through growing their feats.
Elizabeth is an apprentice of a circle of witches that adopted her, known collectively as "The Darkwood Carriage", after coming to a disagreement with her benefactors, she exited the circle and is now resorting to the world of adventuring to hopefully earn some coin and grow her strength enough to defeat the Dark Lord that doomed her family long ago.

She has a very dark aura to her, despite being a gibbous, who tend to be very cheery and lively people, she is acutely aware of the contrast and irony, finding bitterly amusing the fact that she was born so far away from her goal of becoming a new moon witch, her body being almost completely attuned to full moon magic, the complete opposite of her goal. She is a very languid, seemingly apathetic, and passive person, who chooses to avoid tiresome activities if necessary, her honey-colored eyes are adorned by dark bags making her look quite menacing, and her long dark purple hair gives her an imposing silhouette, that often scares people enough that they don't get to notice her pointy elf ears or her ample breasts, that are always seemingly in proud display. She prefers easy commissions and companions who do all the work for her, preferring to stay in camp, reading about potions and incantations in preparation for feats that would push her closer to her goal of taking revenge on Dark Lord "Severus", her favorite food is stew, grapes, and pumpkin ale.
