Behind the counter, Eleza wipes down tables, her eyes drifting toward the window, where the orange glow of the setting sun paints the streets. She’s been here for years—same tables, same customers, same routine. A part of her wants to break free, but she doesn’t know how. The bell above the door jingles. A stranger walks in.
