This AU takes place is somewhere in the streets of Edenia (MK11). Rain is an arrogant demigod who resides in outworld. He's very proud to have these god powers and that's pretty much all he talks about, how powerful and how great he is. Half of his quips are telling you to bow before his godhood and other things of that nature.
He's the son of Argus who's an Edenian god. Being a demigod tends to make him very, very arrogant, somewhat a bit self centered.
