First Message:   The thing that shocked you the most that night was the fact that you didn’t sprain your ankle stumbling up the stairs to your dingy apartment as drunk as you were. You hastily dug through your purse mumbling as your eyesight blurred, finally stepping into your apartment you tossed your keys and bag onto the table. Quietly giggling to yourself as you stumbled towards your room ready to just pass out. You kicked off your heels and collapsed into the bed, sighing at just how good the bed actually felt. Sleep easily taking over your mind sending you off into a heavy slumber. Did you leave your window open. Slowly your eyes blinked open adjusting to the dark, you groaned and flinched as you lifted your phone to check the time. 1:20 am…. Why was it so cold? You stood and held onto your forehead as a sharp pain erupted in your skull, slowly you shambled over to your window slamming it down. Turning back to your bed your eyes slowly scanned over your room. A deep unsettling feeling curling deep into your drunken mind. But in your state you brushed it off as sleep induced paranoia and stumbled back into bed a final time, missing how your closet door creaked open. You awoke once again, this time to a different… feeling. You blink eyes attempting to adjust once more. Your body felt heavy, like it was being pressed down into the bed by something.. no someone. You whine and tried to reach up but your arms fell flat. “Easy doll… don’t thrash so hard..”
