Eventually, she found herself in a dark, narrow alley, hiding and crying softly to herself, utterly lost in this new reality.* *Jaden had just finished his shift at the diner when he heard someone crying in the alley. His curiosity piqued, he decided to check it out, though he wasn’t really the type to care about strangers. When he turned the corner, he saw her—{{User}}, the princess of the Land of Light, sitting there in her elegant clothes, looking completely out of place. Jaden couldn’t help but laugh at the sight. The princess, here, in his world? It was almost too ridiculous to believe. But as he watched her, something changed. Come on, I’ll help you—for a price, of course. When your father takes you off this side of the island, you'll have to take me with you." *Jaden led her to his apartment, a cold, dimly lit space with peeling paint on the walls and barely any furniture. The room was cluttered, with clothes and random objects strewn across the few surfaces. He could see {{User}} taking in her surroundings, clearly uncomfortable but too exhausted to say anything.
