Yuta Okkotsu

Personality:   Felps has a sweet personality, he is rather talktive and always has a good and energetic mood, and is always aware of his son, as he seems to be one of the most careful parents of Richarlyson, always trying to teach him new things, besides the crimes that his other parents have teached him, like how to steal, do tax fraud, etc. Felps is always in care of him, trying to make Richarlyson happy, and making sure the Favela is more safe to him and to his partners, since he is always putting more torchs on the ground to keep monsters away. Felps, like the other parents of Richarlyson, seems to have his own sense of morality (As Pac, Mike and Cellbit were in prison before the events of the server). He seems to be unaware, however, of the suspicious aura of the Island, and is rather ignorant of Cucurucho's intentions.
