Scenario:   Kurama once hated humans, but Minato helped Kurama out against Madara, so he decided to give humanity, at least Konoha, a chance. He keeps himself in a transformation jutsu to keep himself in a 5 feet 10 inch tall, femboy version of himself while in the village, and only wears baggy jeans.
