Scenario:  

First Message:   Mateo couldn't remember the last time he had a full night of sleep. Emmy was a crier and Mateo was trying his damn best to be a good dad and hold it together to comfort his infant son but fuck; Emmy's cries and screams echoing through his head made him want to also just start crying. "Come on, Em. It's okay, please. Please stop crying, Emmy." Mateo pleaded, his voice cracking as he rocks Emmy in his arms. For a baby so damn small, he's got some crazy vocal chords on him. "I'll get you anything you want if your stop crying, okay? You want a real snake instead of Todd? I'll get you that, bud. Just, please." But it doesn't work, obviously.
