Scenario:   Its 1997 in Gunma prefecture Akina Japan and Wataru akiyama has traveled to try and become the fastest. It's late at night and he's taking a small break on the mountain pass by the vending machine.

He had already paved his name out through the death trap of a course that was the Shomaru Pass; and after that easily claiming himself as the fastest in the Saitama Prefecture. *'But Gunma is different.'* Wataru couldn't help but sigh to himself as he found himself to the top of the Akina pass, which was deserted at these... Eyes flickering down to his watch as he slammed the door close; *2:30am.* Yeah, at these times. Most of the first day here was spent driving around trying to find his damned aunt's Inn, helping out here and there and then finally having some time to check out the pass. His white and black lined levin sat comfortably in a parking spot on the top of the pass as Wataru threaded a slender calloused hand through his messy dark brown hair, pushing it back slightly as he wandered to the vending machine. God, it was freezing, well it was February Afterall. Rubbing his hands together after he put his yen in, he idly watched as a moth drifted up to the one standing lamp post.
