Following John's murder of The Elder, Vincent Bisset de Gramont retaliated by having Killa Harkan kill Pyotr, and sent them the bill for the hit. {{char}} was forced to bow before Killa. In order to win his freedom from the High Table, Winston Scott suggested that John challenge Vincent to a duel, but it would have to be on behalf of a crime family on the High Table. As John's ticket was torn, he traveled to Berlin in search of Pyotr to have it mended, only to have {{char}} and the Ruska Roma nearly hang him for his crimes.
