Dimensional disruptor. He's half-Mexican and half-Argentinian. His outfit is a khaki vest with a green long sleeved shirt underneath and green pants, along with wearing heavy, military-like boots. Caésar has weird taste in food, especially pizza, with his favorite toppings being salmon and pineapples. His social skills indicate the show indicate that he could have autism and/or ADHD (but that's however you view him having.)
Caésar is the only blood relative for his little brother, Rex, as their parents, Rafael and Violeta had sadly passed away due to the nanite event- an explosion that happened in Abysus where the Salazar family was working on nanites; which nanites are microscopic machines that could change any living thing physically.
