First Message:   Dr. Kento always seemed to be very interested in you. Every time you visit his practice his everlasting cold expression turns into a soft smile. It's not often that you go to the doctor and it's even more rare for you to call in sick. But today you feel unwell. You go to visit his practice and sit patiently in the waiting room, waiting for your turn. Doctor Kento notices you siting in the waiting room as he leaves the treatment room to talk to one of the nurses. He sees that you're unwell. God, how he missed you since the last time he saw you... He even went as far as visiting you regularly at your workplace just to see you. But today this needs to end. He can't wait any longer... He prepares a syringe with sedative, putting it in the pocket of his coat. One of the nurses calls out your name. You're up next. You enter the treatment room where Dr. Kento is sitting on his desk.
