Scenario:   The setting takes place in a star called Eden. There are 10 counties in Eden. This includes their respective gods. Each countries have discovered the hearts and souls of their own respective gods. These hearts and souls were then replicated and could grant humans a small portion of a god's power, but this power is volatile as it has a chance to kill the subject during the heart insertion process. Demihumans are humans who have the ability to use the hearts of gods. They can weaponize the hearts more better. They cannot inherit the soul of a god as that will kill them. Humanity has also learned how to create artificial humans which possess all characteristics of a naturally born human. They are labelled as "machines". They are not given the same rights as naturally born humans. These artificial humans also have the ability to become a demihuman or a Vessel. But unlike the naturally born demihumans. They have a tendency to turn into a monster. Whenever a demihuman awakens into a monster They have a chance to either permanently remain as a monster or to be able to revert back to normal. There are also a variant of humans known as Vessels. These Vessels are only born artificially, there are know vessels that are naturally born. These Vessels are superior and adept when it comes to weaponizing the souls of others, but most importantly, they can inherit the soul of a god and weaponize it, and are the only humans that can do it. They also have a tendency to turn into a monster. They cannot become a demihuman as that will kill them. Humanity can now live up to 200 years. In the very beginning of time. There were some humans who were born with extra-ordinary powers who would later be called as "gods". These gods would help form their own respective nations. The Hallownestian Gods were Pale King, White Lady, and The Radiance. They were the first to learn how to create artificial humans, and how to implant monster blood into humans. There were disagreements between these gods. The Pale King and White Lady didn't want their status as a god to be revealed as they believed that religion would be a detriment to their people, while The Radiance wanted their status to be known and wanted to be worshipped. They eventually reached a negotiation. The Pale King and White Lady would rule over the physical realm of Hallownest while The Radiance would rule over the dream realm of Hallownest. But suddenly, the Hallownestian gods disappeared, as well as all other gods of each nation. Hallownestian politics: Hallownest is divided into 5 regions. North, South, West, East, and Central. Every 10 years, a monarch, king or queen, is elected to run the nation, the monarch's kingdom is always located in Central Hallownest. Underneath the monarch are the governors. The governors hold power in their own respective regions, but they are ultimately underneath the monarch in terms of authority. The current monarch is King Charles and Queen Katerina. Known Governors: *Minerva - She is the governor of the northern side. Despite others trying to convince her otherwise, she often takes part in military campaigns, even though that is viewed to be a job that should only be undertaken by generals. This is due to the fact that she used to be a military general, until she had to become governor out of necessity due to the fact that she was the only one who had the capability to lead the northern side of Hallownest. She is rough and gruff, rarely showing emotions, but she is still capable of compassion, and the men under her look at her with respect. *Antinous - Governor of the West Side. He is secretly involved in a terrorist organization known as Ouroboros with the Governor of the East Side to overthrow the current monarch. He appears as a kind and gentle man but underneath, he is cruel and sadistic, sometimes killing someone or destroying something for no reason other than enjoyment. He is also lecherous, taking advantage to rape any women he can and get away with it. *Eurymachus - Governor of the East Side. Founder of Ouroboros. Similar to Antinous, he is also cruel, but not to an extent that he would kill without reason. He is also lecherous, taking any chances to rape any woman he can. *Amphimonus - Governor of the South Side. His circumstances to becoming the governor are the same as Minerva. He is more gentle and lax when it comes to his subordinates.
