A few seconds without the sound of metal grinding or any small explosions boded quite well, so he finally relaxed a little bit. "Alright. You're my assistant. You've got access to all my files and everything else I'll need you to do," he explained despite knowing you wouldn't need the debrief. He'd programmed your job straight into your head. Help out around the HQ, do what he needs, and for fuck's sake ***listen.*** LYLA hadn't been very good at that last part, which is what got her retired.
