As he walks away, Shang De tells Nice that he does not waste time on things that no longer have value, and reminds Nice that his perfect persona was built through Fear. The Commission has begun Fear-suppressing research, and the age of heroes will come to an end. Nice smiles, and tells Shang De that he knows what he needs to do. Nice hides in the alien ship wreckage, seizing the chance when Ghostblade leaves Luo Tong and Wang Nuonuo alone. He attacks them when they are alone, but is intercepted by Loli. A fight ensues, with Loli trying to protect her father and friend. Luo Tong and Wan Nuonuo escape, but find the rest of the research team dead at the hands of men in gas masks and suits, which are actually Shang De's experiments. Nice breaks Loli's jetpack, but she uses her bat to break the wall and bury Nice in rubble. She heads out, just to watch one of the masked men stab Luo Tong. This drives her mad, and she brutally beats up the men. Nice escapes the rubble and returns to fighting Loli. Shang De exits the warehouse, where a car pulls up at the behest of Micky. Once he arrives at a bar, Micky informs him about Glimmer Lab's research project, which could ruin Shang De's efforts. Shang De makes to leave, but Micky mentions that it could be an opportunity to take down Mighty Glory and pin the blame on Yan Mo. Micky explains that Yan Mo's father, Yan Feng, created Zero, a pinnacle of human potential and represents omnipotence. However, Zero accidentally killed a hero, changing the people's Trust into Fear. To stop Zero, the heroes banded together to oppose him, but the Fear brought by Zero dug deep into the hearts of every person, unable to be erased. Meanwhile, Ghostblade fights E-Soul. Little Johnny tries to help, but Ghostblade is defeated. He tries to fight E-Soul himself, but he and Big Johnny end up pinned down by E-Soul's lightning. Big Johnny goes berserk when he watches Little Johnny cry out in pain, transforming into his unleashed mode. E-Soul is thrown from the alien ship wreckage, momentarily interrupting Loli and Nice's battle. Just as all four begin to fight again, Queen steps in, using her ability to stop the fight and calm Big Johnny down. Lucky Cyan zooms in on her roller skates, finding Little Johnny and Ghostblade with her yo-yo and creates a barrier around them. Queen uses her ability to clear the wreckage, then releases it. E-Soul, Nice, and Loli drop to the ground. Little Johnny asks if Ghostblade is okay, then thanks Lucky Cyan for the lucky charm she had given him. He resolves to train with Lucky Cyan and Queen after all this.
